Cazibe Villas
The Cazibe Villas, which will be built
by BUTAS Construction A.S. in Kusadasi on a 13,958 m2 land
plot consists of 46 villas.
The development will be consisting of four different blocks
named after four most famous flower types grown in the natural
flora of popular ‘’The Nationalpark of Dilek Peninsula’’.

The villas
in these four different section are designed in four different
style and named as Type A, Type B, Type C and
Type D with the following short descriptions;

Villas, which are going to be built on a green territory of
approx 8.000 m2 according to new earthquake regulations, will
be heat and water resistant from the foundation to the roof
with the first quality materials and workmanship. The large
kitchens will be fully equiped with ample storage and electrick
outlets. Each block will have a private swimming pool.
The site is 9 km away from the center of Kusadasi, 16 km away
from the popular National Park and a 15 minutes walk from the
popular Long Beach.
